1) The specialists that will promptly arrive may well state that all mattresses must be turned fortnightly for six months (which was not mentioned prior to purchase), but they did state that an alternate could be supplied.

Morning slot delivery due last Friday came just before 3pm so more time off work , didn’t deliver head board which delivery men said would follow , not received a single call from anyone about the lateness or if and when the headboard will come . Friendly staff really poor communication

2) When the issue persisted for 5 months I returned to the store and was overwhelmed with the highly professional and courteous approach to very promptly rectify the issue - actually on the same day! Given that the mattress was required by a house bound senior citizen they even delivered TWO mattresses so that the final decision could be made in situ - VERY impressed!!

Having used this company before I knew I would get good service. But I really didn't expect super gold standard! As I live 140 miles from any of their stores and was unable to visit, they brought 5 different mattresses for me to try out when they delivered my new bedstead. Would heartily recommend them.
