2 disabled people, a very ill young lady and their long suffering carer are not the going to give you any trouble. You just made our hard lives that little bit more hard and miserable.

You do not know the circumstances of everyone that walks in your doors and you should take a moment before judging.

We struggled up the stairs only to be met by another man who was equally as unhelpful. He didn't want us to sit together to wait. I tried to explain that I can't leave my daughter and granddaughter alone while I accompany my other daughter to the appointment. He just wandered off so we did sit together.

I had to accompany my daughter to a work coach interview. She has been very ill with mental health issues and the letter stated that she could be accompanied.

The man on the door was not interested in our predicament and I said that I would have to leave the buggy downstairs as there is no lift. I explained that I couldn't take her out of the buggy as she is disabled. He said that the appointment is for 'her' pointed to my daughter and turned away.

When my daughter was called the lady that did her interview was very nice. As the meeting finished I asked her if there was definitely no lift and she said that she could have seen us downstairs. She apologised but I said that it was not her fault.

We struggled down the stairs again and the same man was at the door. I said to him that we could have seen the counsellor downstairs as we had two disabled people with us. He gestured again to my daughter and said 'the appointment was for her'.

I will be taking this further as I would like an apology.

I went to the job centre for a job interview. The security guard was polite and helpful. It's a small building. I only went upstairs for my interview. No lift.
